HEALTH
The seller guarantees that the puppy has received appropriate medical inoculations and care including age appropriate DHHP inoculations and de-worming. The seller will provide the buyer with a medical record detailing treatment the puppy has received under the seller’s care.
MAINTENANCE
Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to the following:
-Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian
-Rabies vaccinations as mandated by state law
-Monthly heartworm preventative
-Proper control of fleas and ticks
-Annual DHLP-Parvo and other routine vaccinations
-Puppy will be licensed as required by your local state law
-Puppy will be kept clean physically and in a clean environment KEEP RECORDS!
RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL
If at any time circumstances are such that the buyer cannot keep the puppy, the seller maintains “right of first refusal” to take possession of the puppy and its properly signed registration papers, with no monies refunded. The term “Right of First Refusal” means: if the buyer chooses to relinquish ownership of the puppy, the puppy shall automatically be returned to the seller. Under NO circumstances shall the puppy be taken to an animal shelter, humane society, animal broker, pet store, etc. We will NOT refund, in part or in whole, any monies or exchange puppy because the buyer changes their mind for any reason whatsoever. Any transportation expense is the buyer’s responsibility.
Your pup is sold as a pet ONLY with NO breeding rights.
Any guarantee from the breeder is null and void if any of the above terms or conditions are not met by the buyer.
